BDVSA is working in partnership with Voluntary Sector Training (VST), an independent charity, to provide high quality, affordable and local training to the voluntary and community sector across Essex. VST runs an open programme of training covering key topics relevant to the sector and tailored training specifically arranged to meet particular needs of organisations. Policies & Procedure

BDVSA are able to provide guidance on preparing policies and procedures for organisations. We can provide help in developing your organisations policies, Equal Opportunities Policy and Health and Safety Policy being just two examples. We can also help in developing and implementing your staff and volunteer Procedures such as your Recruitment or Appraisal Procedures.

In addition to the above, if you are considering introducing a quality assurance system within your organisation, BDVSA are using  PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations) quality system. We would be pleased to discuss this system with you to assess if it is right for you or help you get started with the process.
